We offer a full range of commercial law services touching upon most areas of commerce. We regularly assist clients on various commercial matters, such as representation and agency laws, joint ventures, sale and purchase of corporations, licensing agreements, employment contracts, private and public placements. We act for clients in disputes involving all types of business transactions and deals and agency matters.

Recent work includes: advising an American multinational internet corporation on regulations relating to the setting-up of a regional data center in Lebanon; setting up a local branch for a major American supplier of industrial and environmental machinery and advising it on the liquidation of its local subsidiary; setting up a local branch for a major American banking corporation and assisting it with its day-to-day legal needs; advising a Hong Kong based company on ecommerce laws in Lebanon; advising a Chinese oil conglomerate on various commerce law issues and assisting it in an international arbitration arising from an oil services contract; assisting an American manufacturing company providing medical devices in the drafting of a local consultancy agreement.
