We have unmatched expertise in the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Lebanon.

The Firm is affiliated to professional mediation centers such as the Professional Mediation Center (CPM) recently established by Saint-Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon.

Recent work includes: assisting a leading Chinese oil and gas company and one of the world’s largest companies in multi-million dollar international arbitration dispute with a regional consultancy firm and providing evidence of Lebanese company, tax and regulatory laws for use in the arbitration procedure; assisting a leading European agro-industrial company in multi-million dollar London arbitration dispute with a leading regional fertilizers and grain trader and providing legal support to the appointed London lawyers; assisting a leading European shipping company involved in bulk trade in London arbitration dispute and arranging for enforcement of the London arbitration awards in Lebanon.
