We have in-depth legal and practical experience in all transactional aspects of private and public construction projects, as well as in dealing with disputes arising out of the construction process. We work with a wide range of national and international clients, including contractors, investors, developers, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, landlords, architects and engineers. We handle clients' needs before public agencies, ministries and municipalities. We regularly advise clients on real estate management agreements, sale and purchase contracts and lease agreements.

Recent work includes: advising an American multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software and electronics on real estate management agreement with an international real estate consultation group regarding real estate services to be undertaken in Lebanon; advising a leading regional hospitality group on 100 million dollar real estate and construction transactions with local contractors, suppliers and vendors; our Firm is a contributor to the World Bank / IFC's yearly DOING BUSINESS REPORT dealing with construction related regulations.
