We have expertise in complex suits of all sorts and the defense thereof. We liaise and cooperate with correspondents' firms around the world in cross border disputes.

Recent work includes: representing one of the largest transport and port terminal operators in the world in high profile court dispute with one of its ex-shareholder for the recovery of a 600 million Euro stake in the group; representing a global European banking group in the most diverse types of litigations before Lebanese civil and criminal courts; representing one of the largest Lebanese public companies in 250 million dollar court disputes with more than fifty claimants alleging real estate proprietary rights in Down Town Beirut district.
