We regularly assist clients with transactions involving intellectual property assets, including issues related to acquisition of intellectual property rights through licensing, assignment and other means. We have extensive experience in trademark and patent registrations and constantly represent domestic and international clients in disputes relating to the protection of their IP rights. Our attorneys have substantial industry knowledge in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law.

Recent work includes: handling all IP registration needs of one of the world's largest public oil and gas companies in Lebanon; acting in anti-counterfeiting proceedings and infringement actions on behalf of one of the largest Italian retailers and designer of luxury goods; advising a major French luxury leather goods’ company on Lebanese IP Law; advising a British multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer and top FTSE 100 company on various aspects of Lebanese IP Law; negotiating on behalf of a major British multinational retainer with over 1,000 worldwide stores a contract for the protection of its IP rights with local luxury department store; acting for an American-based multinational agricultural corporation in litigation relating to the protection of its trademark brought against a Saudi infringing company.
