Recent work includes: advising a UK based energy supplier on new Lebanese oil and gas regulations; advising a major international power plants operator on Lebanese oil and gas booming sector and related regulations; advising a major leading US private company involved in various infrastructure construction projects in the Middle East on various issues under Lebanese law including oil and gas regulations; representing a major Scandinavian energy group on various aspects of Lebanese law including tax, corporate, employment and oil and gas regulations.
