We advise key international players on various aspects of aviation law including aircraft financing, litigation, aviation insurance matters, personal injury and loss of life claims arising from air accidents and cargo claims. Our clientele includes airline companies, aviation financing corporations, underwriters, and ground handling operators.

Recent work includes: assisting one of the world's largest aircraft financing company in the assignment of an aircraft lease from the original lessee to third party beneficiary and advising on the operating agreement of the aircraft; advising one of the largest aviation crisis and disaster management company on contracts with various international airline carriers; pursuing claim against London insurers on behalf of the heirs of passengers killed in a recent airline crash; advising a preeminent Gulf airline carrier on Lebanese ecommerce laws and setting up of online website.
