Recent work includes: advising a major global banking group on contract relating to the management of its Lebanese assets covering various aspects of banking, finance and real estate laws; advising a major U.S. bank on different loan agreements with local banks and assisting it in the day-to-day operations of its local subsidiary; representing a major European banking corporation in a transaction of sale of its Lebanese assets and assisting its local branch in its day-to-day operations.
