After decades of experience in the Lebanese market, we acquired a deep understanding of the complexity and diversity involved in the hospitality sector which gives us the skill of handling all inter-related matters such as the development, construction, acquisition, contractual arrangements, franchise, management and outsourcing operations, corporate, joint ventures, financing, data privacy, security, technology arrangements, advertising and communication, branding and consultancy arrangements.

Recent work includes: advising a Lebanese developer on 50 million dollar serviced apartments project due for opening in Beirut in 2015 and handling all transactional and licensing aspects ranging from awarding construction and consultancy contracts to dealing with public agencies re licensing requirements and third party suppliers and sub-contractors; advising a leading regional restaurants' chain on various aspects of franchise law and opening of various outlets in Lebanon and the MENA region.
