We work closely with tax experts from different jurisdictions through our international network of correspondents' lawyers and advisors to offer a comprehensive tax services across international borders.

We have deep knowledge in tax law which enables us to provide particular tax advice in many fields of expertise including M&A and joint ventures; capital raising; asset and structured finance; insolvencies; international capital markets; as well as real estate and investment funds.

We have thorough practical experience in challenging and settling taxes and fines' disputes and claims on behalf of our clients before Lebanese Ministries, customs and public agencies; and handling criminal and administrative proceedings associated with those claims.

Recent work includes: advising a Finnish communications and information technology multinational corporation on various corporate, tax and social security issues and carrying out secretarial work for its local subsidiary; acting on behalf of a leading European market research and market information group in challenging fines and penalties' decision rendered by the Lebanese tax authorities; advising one of the top five world transport companies on dispute with Lebanese tax authorities in relation to multi-million dollar claim for tax evasion; advising one of the world's top investment banks on various aspects of Lebanese tax law related to the establishment and marketing of an international hedge funds in Lebanon.
