We have a broad expertise in financial products, transactions and structures and regularly act on behalf of lenders, arrangers, underwriters and borrowers in financing transactions. Our work includes acquisition finance, real estate finance and other loan finance, leasing, aircraft and ship finance and other types of asset financing, capital markets including covered bonds, capital securities, private placements, securitization and other types of bonds and debt instruments, structured finance, syndicated lending, tax on financial transactions, regulatory and supervisory issues for bank and other financial institutions.

Recent work includes: advising a leading US Finance Company on an asset finance transaction concluded with a regional trading group; advising a leading US Aviation Finance Company on transaction relating to the financing of an aircraft purchased by a local business aviation company; advising a global investment management company based in the UK on the marketing and sale of its international hedge fund in Lebanon; advising an American multinational banking and financial services holding company and one of the largest banks worldwide on the setting up of a mutual fund in Lebanon; advising a leading US agribusiness and food company on the sale and transfer of multi-million dollar claim against a Lebanese industrial group in a secured lending transaction.
